Hey everyone, I've been following Jeffrey James Hammer's case and something that's been on my mind lately is the significance of the boat launch area where he was last seen. It's such a specific location, and it makes me wonder if Jeffrey was planning on meeting someone there or if something unexpected happened that led him there.
