I’ve been thinking a lot about the location where Darius Bazile was found. The Love In Action Outreach food pantry is supposed to be a place of hope and support for those in need, not one of tragedy and loss. It's so distressing to know that violence touched such a significant spot for the community. It makes me wonder if the pantry being nearby could have played a role in what happened to him—was someone targeting those who frequented the area? Or could it have just been a random act? Either way, it makes the situation even more painful for those who knew Darius and relied on the kindness this place represents. I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts on whether the location should be looked into more thoroughly.
