Hey everyone, I've been digging into the events surrounding the tragic deaths of the Viggiano family, and something that really bothers me is the involvement of the Gambino crime family, especially Roy DeMeo's role. It seems like power and fear overshadowed any chance for justice. I've read that Roy DeMeo was notorious for instilling fear, which makes me wonder how many other families have suffered in silence because of his influence. It's so unsettling that Joseph's debt to Kalevas ultimately led to such a violent outcome for his entire family. This just highlights the brutal reality of organized crime's reach and the devastating impact it can have on innocent lives. For the Viggiano family, their grief was compounded by the frustration of justice never being fully served. It must be incredibly painful for those who loved them to know that DeMeo, who apparently had a hand in all three murders, was found dead before he could face trial. Does anyone else think there might have been more individuals involved, or perhaps others aware of these brutal acts, who were too frightened to come forward? It’s troubling to think that some questions may never be answered. Sending my thoughts to anyone who remembers the Viggianos. These kinds of stories make me wish there was a way to bring peace to families who weren't granted justice in the traditional sense. Stay safe, everyone.
