Has anyone else noticed that Sherman Manning had a staggering 31 prior arrests before being charged with Branden Santiago's murder? It really makes you wonder about the system in place and whether there’s enough being done to keep communities safe. I find it so concerning that someone with such a long rap sheet was out there potentially endangering others. This case is so upsetting, and I can’t imagine what Branden’s family is going through now, knowing he fell victim to such violence. It's frightening to think of how many opportunities there were to intervene and prevent this tragedy. My thoughts go out to everyone affected by this appalling event.
