It's so hard to believe that it's been years since Quashawn Thomas lost his life in such a cruel way. Every time I think about this case, my heart goes out to his family. I can't imagine the pain they live with, knowing the person responsible is still out there. What puzzles me is the sheer number of shell casings found—seven in total. That's a lot of shots fired. It makes me wonder whether this was planned or if the person just panicked and kept shooting. Was it personal? Or was Quashawn just a victim of being in the wrong place at the wrong time? It's terrifying to think how quickly things can escalate. It also speaks volumes about the issues with gun violence in the area. Clearly, there were people around who must have seen or heard something. It's critical that anyone with even the smallest piece of information comes forward. It's been too long and his family deserves to know what happened. Let's keep this discussion alive and hope it brings some new leads to light.
