Travis Fanning, 30, was last seen on November 15, 2018, in Hazle Township, Pennsylvania. That day he left his North James Street residence with his father around noon; his father dropped him at Groceries Plus, 1003 Vine Street, which was the last time his father saw him. Surveillance later captured Travis just after 1:30 p.m. inside Fine Wine & Spirits on Church Street. An acquaintance reported seeing him the next evening, November 16, at about 10:30 p.m. at the 15th Street Beer Barn, 802 W.
Travis is diagnosed with schizophrenia and may become easily agitated. He was described when last seen as a white male about 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet 2 inches tall, around 170 pounds, with blond or sandy short hair, brown or hazel eyes, a beard and mustache. He wore a dark sweatshirt with a maroon or dark red hood, blue jeans, tan boots and carried a black backpack. The Pennsylvania State Police list him as an endangered missing person and are investigating. Few details explain what happened after the liquor store sighting; his family and investigators remain without answers.
If anyone saw Travis around Hazleton on November 15 or 16, or remembers seeing someone matching his description, please share what you know.
