I’ve been thinking a lot about the role of alcohol in this case and how it can drastically alter people's lives, sometimes with devastating consequences. It's truly upsetting to see how alcohol abuse was such a key factor in Kevin’s relationship with his parents. I can't help but wonder if things might have turned out differently had he received help earlier. Alcohol seems to have fueled this horrendous act, and it’s just a reminder of how addiction can tear families apart. Solveig and Timothy appeared to have been such beloved figures in their community. I truly hope that sharing their story can shine light on the importance of getting support for addiction. My thoughts are with their family, especially Rebecca, who had to endure such a traumatic discovery. It's crucial for us as a society to address the underlying issues that lead to such tragedies, so we can hopefully prevent them from happening in the future.
