I came across Kevin Wood's tragic story, and I can't stop thinking about the role he played in building 1 World Trade Center. It's incredible how someone could contribute to such a monumental part of NYC's landscape and yet still meet with such an unjust fate. It really speaks volumes about his dedication and skill as a construction worker. It seems like his work was a source of pride, not just for him but for his family and community as well. This case highlights how gun violence can snuff out the life of someone who not only built physical structures but also helped hold his family together. I hope for his family's sake that justice will be served and that his contributions, both as a worker and a father, won't be forgotten. Anyone know if there's been more talk about surveillance footage leading to any clues? Keeping them all in my thoughts.
