I've been following Jonathan Berlin's case closely, and I'm struck by how complex the investigation has become. One thing that really stands out to me is the role of surveillance footage. The fact that they have clear images of the suspect fleeing the scene with a bag, yet still no arrests, must be incredibly frustrating for both the police and Berlin's family. I can only imagine the agony his wife is going through, knowing there's footage but no justice as yet. I wonder if there's more footage out there, or if anyone in the vicinity might have seen something that could help? Greenwich Village is such a busy area, especially around New Year's Eve, you'd think someone might have noticed something suspicious. It's so important for anyone with information, no matter how insignificant it might seem, to come forward. At the end of the day, whether Berlin was involved in drugs or not, nobody deserves to lose their life in such a violent way. My heart goes out to his family and friends who are left picking up the pieces without answers.
