Has anyone taken a closer look at the community response following Monk's tragic passing? I've been thinking about how his death brought attention to the gun violence issue in Syracuse, but it seems like the conversation fizzled out without leading to significant changes. It must be incredibly frustrating for his family and friends to see the lack of progress in both solving his murder and addressing the broader issue. I'm curious if there have been any grassroots efforts or community initiatives that sprang up in the wake of his death. Sometimes these tragic events can spark movements or at least discussions on how to prevent similar incidents. It's so important for the community to come together and support one another, especially when dealing with such senseless violence. Hoping that one day, justice finds its way to Monk's family.
