Did anyone else hear about the connection between Deshawn Smart and the Citi Bike found near him when he was tragically killed? What if this was not just a random coincidence? Could it be possible that someone used the bike to stage the scene, make a quick getaway, or even lure him into a trap somehow? It's such a puzzling detail, and it seems like it might hold some clue.
