Did anyone else catch that news segment about Rhyan’s mom? It was so moving to see how many people came out for the candlelight vigil held in his honor. You could just feel the love and support everyone had for him and his family. Rhyan seemed like such a bright light in his community, and it’s incredibly touching to witness how people are coming together. It's a testament to Rhyan’s impact that such a diverse group would gather to remember him and call for change. Hopefully, this serves as a catalyst for positive action and raises awareness about the need to curb gun violence in our community. Wishing strength to his family and all who knew him during this difficult time.

I keep thinking about the community's response after Cannon's tragic passing. It’s incredible how people come together in the face of such loss. I read that after Rhyan’s death, there were several vigils and gatherings where people shared stories about the joy and laughter he brought into their lives. It’s heartwarming to see such solidarity, but at the same time, deeply saddening that it takes a tragedy to unite people this way. The pain that Rhyan's loved ones must be feeling is unimaginable. No one should have to suffer the loss of someone so young and vibrant. I really hope the community's outpouring of love provides some comfort to his family. It’s clear that Rhyan’s spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. Thinking of his family and friends as they navigate this difficult time. ?️?

I’m really struck by how Rhyan’s nickname, “Cannon Stoodie,” has resonated so deeply with the community here in Syracuse. From what I’ve read and heard from folks who knew him, it seems like his personality was just as bold and powerful as that name suggests. It's tragic how someone with such vibrancy and potential was taken from us in such a senseless way. It’s heartening to see the community rallying behind his family and demanding justice for him. Even though nothing can bring Rhyan back, I hope his story continues to inspire positive change in addressing the safety and gun violence issues that plague our communities. Keeping his loved ones in my thoughts as they navigate this difficult time. If anyone has ideas on how we can honor Rhyan’s memory through community initiatives or support, I’d love to hear about it.
