I've been following the Anthony Robinson case and can't stop thinking about his poor daughter. Being just six years old and witnessing something so horrific—it's something no child should ever experience. I keep wondering about the support systems in place for her. Does anyone know if she’s been receiving counseling or therapy? The trauma from witnessing her father's murder will surely have long-lasting effects, and my heart goes out to her. Also, it’s incredible yet disturbing to see how deeply entrenched this gang violence is in the community. The gross target of a family man in broad daylight just emphasizes the reckless disregard for life these individuals held, making me question what pushes people to such lengths of violence. Supporting community programs that provide positive engagement for youth in the area seems more crucial than ever to help prevent this cycle of violence. Anyone aware of initiatives in the Bronx that are making a difference? It’s vital that we rally as a community to prevent any more families from going through this devastation.
