Did anyone else read about the fact that Dahmel Miller managed to make it all the way up to the third floor after being shot? It’s just truly unimaginable what he must have been going through in those final moments. Imagine the strength or adrenaline it must have taken just to get that far. It breaks my heart thinking about his family and friends knowing he fought so hard in those moments. His love for basketball has been mentioned a lot, and I can't help thinking that his discipline and determination from playing must have influenced that fight to survive. It’s tragic that his life was cut short over such a senseless dispute. I really hope justice can bring some kind of comfort to those who knew and loved him.
