I've been following the murder case of Robert Forrest and can't stop thinking about how this must be affecting his family and friends. I came across some community reactions, and it's so touching to see how people are coming together to remember him. There's apparently been a memorial set up near where he lived, and folks have been leaving flowers, notes, and candles. It's a small comfort, but these gestures show how loved he was and how deeply his loss is felt. I'm also hearing more about the calls for gun violence awareness in the area—definitely a conversation that's needed. I really hope justice is served in this case, and my thoughts are with everyone who knew and cared for Robert during this difficult time.

I've been following Robert Forrest's case closely, and I just can't get over one detail—how did Rameek Simmons end up being a suspect? There's a lot of speculation, but it seems like the NYPD must have had some pretty compelling evidence to make an arrest so quickly. I can't help but wonder if there was some sort of connection or motive that hasn’t been revealed yet. It just feels so surreal to think about how Forrest's family must be handling this twist. It must be like living in a nightmare that you can’t wake up from. I truly hope the investigation brings clarity and justice for them. Anyone else have thoughts on how the investigation reached this point?
