I've been thinking a lot about how brave April Netter was, planning to start a new life and pursue a career in criminal justice. You can just sense her determination and drive to make a positive impact in the world. It's truly frustrating that her journey was cut short in such a violent and senseless way. I can't help but wonder what amazing things she could have accomplished and how she might have contributed to solving cases like her own. To those who knew and loved her, my thoughts are with you. It's my hope that justice is served soon and April's family finds the answers they deserve. Anyone in Baton Rouge, please keep sharing information and encouraging others to come forward. Every little bit helps.
