Perhaps there's someone in the neighborhood who saw something unusual that night but hasn't come forward yet. Even the smallest detail could be crucial. It's deeply unsettling that Dangelo Quante Evans' case is still unsolved after all these years. I can't stop thinking about how he was found in that secluded area off Talbott Street.
