I can't stop thinking about the role that Corporal Andrew McKenney played in this horrible event. It's got to be extremely tough for an officer to be in such a situation, especially when it ends in taking a life. McKenney was just doing his duty, trying to keep others safe, but I can't imagine the emotional toll it must take on him, knowing that two lives were lost that day. And knowing that Hall was known to Whitfield just adds layers to an already complex tragedy. My heart goes out to all affected, including McKenney. I hope this community finds healing after such a devastating event.
