Does anyone have information on the weather conditions in Winston-Salem around November 4, 1999? I’m curious because McCombs Ligons, who had dementia, went missing during that time, and it was noted that temperatures dropped below freezing. I’m wondering if the weather could have influenced his movements or if he might have sought shelter from the cold. With the risk of hypothermia being high, he might have tried to find warmth in an unexpected place. Maybe there’s a record of any shelters or nearby locations he could have gone to? It would be enlightening to know if anyone else went missing or suffered due to the cold weather around then. Thanks in advance!
