Has anyone else noticed the eerie silence surrounding Corey Jermaine Drake's case? It's baffling and concerning that, after over two years, we still have no solid clues about suspects or any progress shared publicly by the authorities. It's almost like his tragic death has been swallowed by the larger statistic of violence in Baltimore. I really feel for Corey's loved ones. Not having any closure must be unimaginably difficult. It's scary to think that in a city so heavily surveilled, with technologies like ShotSpotter at their disposal, justice remains elusive. I wonder if community trust in law enforcement is affecting the information flow. Are people too afraid to come forward, or do they think it won't make a difference? Sending strength to everyone touched by this tragedy, hoping that we see some movement or updates in this case soon. Cases like these remind us of the very real and human lives behind the numbers we hear so often.
