Did anyone else find it interesting that Jacob Heckart was last seen driving a 1988 Mercedes sedan? I know it's just a detail, but it stuck with me. It seems a bit unusual for a car like that to just vanish without a trace, especially if it was an older model at the time of Jacob's disappearance in 2007. Cars usually leave some sort of paper trail, right? Maintenance records, insurance, DMV logs, or just someone noticing the car parked somewhere odd. I wonder if law enforcement ever tried to trace any activity related to the car after he went missing. Did they check if it was scrapped, sold, or maybe abandoned somewhere? And with the possibility of him heading to Templeton, it might have been spotted along the way or even taken an entirely different route. If anyone has thoughts or theories, I'd love to hear them. It's frustrating not having more pieces to this puzzle after all these years.
