Did anyone else read about the mural dedicated to Cortez Randolph? I just stumbled across photos of it online and was struck by how powerful it is. It's located not too far from where he was killed, and it seems to be a place where the community can mourn together. The artwork really captures not just his loss but the collective grief and anger over the senseless violence that took him away from his family. It's so sad that his killer has not been found, but I hope something like this mural keeps his memory alive and maybe even encourages someone to come forward with the truth. My thoughts are with his family, and I hope they find some comfort in how many people cared for him and continue to celebrate his life. If anyone knows more about the mural or has seen it in person, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
