I've been thinking about the community's role in cases like David Braxton's, and it’s concerning how often these events happen without eyewitnesses stepping forward. Braxton’s family must be going through unimaginable pain, and it's haunting to think that someone out there knows something that could help but hasn't shared it yet. I want to believe that even the smallest detail could make a difference. How do other cities encourage witness cooperation? Maybe Baltimore could adopt similar strategies to help solve cases like this. Thoughts?
