Hey everyone, I've been following Kenneth Richards' case on and off for a while now, and I keep coming back to the location. The 1500 block of South 13th Street—it's a pretty busy area, right? I wonder if there were more witnesses that night who might have seen something, anything that could help. It's been almost nine years, but memories can still be jogged. Neighbors or passersby might have noticed something odd or someone that seemed out of place. Maybe someone heard a conversation or saw a car lingering around longer than usual. I hope anyone who might remember something comes forward soon. Kenneth's family deserves answers, and keeping his story alive might just lead someone to speak up.
