Has anyone else noticed how odd it is that Richard Rolund’s boat seemed to be in perfect condition when officials searched the marina? I've been looking into boating incidents around that time, and usually there's some kind of evidence left behind if something goes wrong on the water. The fact that there were no signs of distress or a struggle just makes his disappearance even more baffling to me. It’s like he just vanished into thin air.
