Richard Rolund, Jr., aged 65, was last seen on December 22, 2009, in San Leandro, California. He had a boat docked at the San Leandro Marina and was scheduled to meet friends for dinner that evening. When he failed to show up, friends grew concerned, and authorities were alerted.
