Allen Talmadge Mathews, aged 80, went missing from San Leandro, California, on May 21, 1998. Mathews, who suffered from dementia, was residing in a care facility at the time of his disappearance. On the day he vanished, he reportedly walked away from the facility and has not been seen since. Despite extensive searches and investigations, no significant leads have emerged regarding his whereabouts.
