Did anyone else follow the trial of Casey Nathaniel Givens and feel there were so many unanswered questions? I'm puzzled by how the whole situation at O'Brien's Pool Hall unfolded. It’s so gut-wrenching to think about Travis and the heartbreak his family must be enduring, especially with the outcome of the trial. If Givens was found not guilty and the charges against Sanders were dropped, who is truly accountable for this senseless tragedy? It feels like justice wasn't served, and I can't imagine how difficult it must be for those closest to Travis, knowing his killer is still out there. The whole case feels like a reminder of how complex and sometimes flawed our legal system can be. My heart goes out to all who knew and loved him. Does anyone have any local insight or theories about what really happened that night?

I was one of the three victims in the car with Travis that night.. 10 years later and I still have extremely vivid nightmares about it... As for who the actual murderer is, it's the man they founded not guilty at trial.. I'm assuming because of lack of evidence maybe but it's heartbreaking that my best friend never got the justice he deserved. He lost his life over something so stupid and didn't pertain to his killer from the start..
