I've been following the Melissa Lynn Rauch case, and there's one detail that really sticks with me. The fact that her boyfriend returned home to find the front door open is so unsettling. It makes you wonder what might have been different if he'd been there just a few minutes earlier or later. It's tough not to think about those "what ifs" when you hear about stories like this.
I can't even begin to imagine the trauma for him, walking in and finding her that way. It just goes to show how quickly life can turn absolutely upside down. Prayers to Melissa's loved ones who have had to live with this tragedy every day since. It’s a harrowing reminder of how precious and fragile life can be.
Anyway, just wanted to share my thoughts and see what others think about how timing played a role in this case.
