Visited Longs this weekend and caught up with a few locals. The pain around Taizaun’s passing remains fresh for so many people. It's really touching to hear how his spirit continues to bring people together. Many shared stories of his kindness and how he had the unique ability to make everyone laugh, even on bad days. I got to meet one of his friends who reminisced about the "dance-offs" they'd have and how Taizaun always brought his A-game! It seems like he was wise beyond his years and really knew how to cherish every moment. I just wish justice could move swiftly to bring some peace to his family. It’s been too long without answers. Sending strength to the Dewitt family and everyone who loved him. ?
