I've been digging deeper into the L.C. Burroughs case, and something that's been puzzling me is the abandoned truck at the junkyard. According to reports, the door was left wide open, and the keys were still in the ignition. It makes me wonder if L.C. left in a hurry or was perhaps forced out of the truck. It doesn’t feel like a normal scenario for someone who had been dealing with theft issues and was on edge. It’s strange that with all these signs, there aren’t more leads from this particular piece of evidence. Just thinking out loud, but could it have been set up to look like he left in a rush? Or was someone trying to make it seem like foul play from the start? Always curious to hear what you fellow sleuthers think about the possibilities.
