I've been following this case quietly, and I can't help but feel so deeply for Deziyah's family, especially knowing that her cousin discovered the tragic scene. I can't imagine the trauma that must come from such a devastating experience, especially for the other children who were in the house at the time. It’s unsettling how Cowick was able to come and go so freely from a place that should have been a sanctuary for the family. Even more troubling is hearing that his wife, Katherine, is still awaiting trial. How does the justice system expect the family to find peace and closure when so many questions remain unanswered about her involvement? I think it’s crucial for the community to keep supporting each other during these tough times and continue advocating for justice for both Deziyah and her grandmother.
