Has anyone else been following the Kevin Bamper case from Stuart, Florida? I was researching the area around Sailfish Point, and it's known for its really strong currents and tricky, slippery rocks. It got me thinking about how dangerous it might have been for Kevin and his son out there, especially if they weren’t strong swimmers. I'm curious if anyone knows more about the conditions in that spot and how they might have contributed to accidents in the past. Also, does anyone think it's strange that Kevin's wallet was found at their fishing spot, but his body never was? It just seems quite baffling to me. Would love to hear others' thoughts!
Has anyone looked into the tide conditions on the night Kevin and James disappeared near Sailfish Point? I've read that the waters in that area can get pretty rough, especially during certain phases of the lunar cycle. If the tides were particularly strong or unusual, it might explain how they got into trouble so quickly. I’m not trying to speculate too much, but understanding the water conditions could potentially shed some light on why neither was able to get to safety, especially if they weren't strong swimmers. It’s just so baffling how Kevin's body hasn't been found after all these years. I've been following this case closely, and any additional info about the environmental factors at play might be helpful. Thoughts?
Hey everyone,
I’ve been looking into the case of Kevin Bamper, who went missing back in 2014, and something that caught my attention was the location where his fishing gear was found. It seems pretty odd to me that both Kevin and James's gear was just left there, especially considering the strong currents in the area. I read somewhere that experienced locals avoid fishing there during certain tides due to the dangerous conditions. Does anyone think that Kevin might have known about the risks and maybe decided to abandon the gear and head for safety, but then something happened after that? It doesn’t make sense why they’d leave their gear unless they were planning to come back. Just throwing this out there to see what others think. Could there be more to this location and what might’ve compelled Kevin to take the risk that day? ?
