Sean Byrne, a 27-year-old man from Evanston, Illinois, was last seen on February 10, 2023. He disappeared following what his family believes to have been a mental health crisis. Sean was reportedly seen fleeing Chicago's O'Hare International Airport. Later, video footage emerged that his family believes shows him attempting two carjackings along I-395.
