I’ve been thinking a lot about Ricky Jones's kids ever since I learned about this case. It’s gut-wrenching to imagine what those five kids are going through without their father. Ricky's family has every right to voice their pain and grief; no child should have to grow up without a parent, especially in such a brutal and senseless manner. It's crucial that communities come together to support families like Ricky’s who are left to pick up the pieces. Living with the aftermath of violence is a heavy burden, and I hope there are support systems in place to help them navigate through this tragedy. Nothing will replace Ricky, but they shouldn’t have to go through this alone. ?️
