I've been thinking a lot about the Gateway Village Apartments and how the community there must be feeling since Collin Starcher's tragic death. Living in a place where someone was fatally shot changes everything. I feel for the residents who might be struggling with fear and unease after such a harrowing event. It’s hard to imagine going about daily life right where something so devastating happened. Also, the weight on Collin’s family’s shoulders must be immense. The loss itself is unspeakable, but I hope people in the area are coming together to support one another and his loved ones through this difficult time. If you're local and have any updates or thoughts, please share. Keeping the conversation going might lead to more breakthroughs or, at the very least, some comfort for those hurting.
