I’ve been following the case of Damien Stokes, and something just doesn’t sit right with me about that drive-by shooting. I didn’t know him personally, but judging by the outpouring of love on social media, Damien was well-liked and had a promising future ahead. It's devastating to see someone’s life cut short like that, and even more frustrating when the motive is still unclear. I read somewhere that drive-by shootings are often linked to personal vendettas or gang-related activities. Does anyone know if there was any mention of Damien being associated with anything like that, or if he had conflicts with someone? It seems like there’s more beneath the surface here. My heart goes out to his family, who must be grappling with not only the loss but the lack of answers. Hoping they find some semblance of peace and justice soon. Anyone have updates on the legal proceedings or if there’s been more clarity on the suspects' motives?
