Hi everyone, I’ve been following Devin Sesay's case, and something that stands out to me is the powerful way his community has been honoring his memory. I heard that at Atherton High School, his teammates took to the field with “DS” on their helmets for the entire season. It’s such a moving testament to how much he meant to everyone. I can’t imagine what his family, especially his younger siblings, must be feeling right now. The way they’ve had to uproot their lives again to feel safe is unimaginably tough. For those who knew Devin, I hope these gestures give some small comfort during such a painful time. Does anyone have any more insights into how the school or community has been keeping his spirit alive? It's always amazing to see how love and memories can shine through even the darkest times. Thoughts are with Devin's family and friends. Stay safe everyone.

I was reading about Devin Sesay's story, and my heart goes out to his family, especially his younger brother. I can’t even begin to imagine what it must have been like for him, knowing he was about to start high school with his big brother, and then having that taken away so suddenly. High school is such a pivotal time, and having an older sibling around can be so comforting. It's painful to think about how this senseless act of violence robbed him of that experience. I hope his family is finding some peace, and I truly admire the strength it must take to keep Devin’s memory alive, especially when they’ve had to make such a hard decision to move from their home. Has anyone heard about any community events in their honor, or ways the high school is addressing these tragic losses?
