Does anyone else find the involvement of a former deputy coroner in Gregory Rice’s murder particularly chilling? Knowing Chris Dontell worked in such a role kind of makes you question things you wouldn’t normally think about. It's unnerving to imagine that someone entrusted with managing the deceased could be implicated in causing a death. I can't even begin to comprehend the betrayal Rice's family must feel. Once again, it highlights how important it is to truly know the people around you. I hope whoever continues looking into this case can get some answers soon; his family deserves justice. Also, keep sharing any info you might have with the authorities—every bit helps!
It's really unsettling to think about the role of technology in Gregory Rice's case. When they used his cell phone location to track him down, it made me realize how much our digital footprint can reveal. On one hand, it's incredible that investigators have these tools to help find people and bring justice, but on the other hand, it also highlights just how deeply woven tech is into our daily lives. I can't imagine how his family feels, knowing that something so everyday and routine might have played a critical part in bringing some answers. It's frustrating to hear that the trial is delayed—why is justice taking so long? I truly hope they find some semblance of peace and that more answers come to light soon. Does anyone know if there have been any updates from the police about leading evidence or tips from the community?
