Hey everyone, I've been following the discussion about the tragic loss of Daniel Demetrius Jones, and I wanted to talk a bit about something that's been on my mind—the role of workplace dynamics and conflict. I can't even begin to imagine what Daniel's family is going through, losing someone who clearly was a big part of their lives.
