Hi everyone, I wanted to talk about something that's particularly concerning regarding the case of Kalila Saunders and the other victims from the shooting on St. Helena Island. I've been following the updates as they come in, and while the Sheriff's Office assures us there isn’t a wider threat to public safety, I can't help but wonder about the impact this has had on the local community. The loss of three lives, including Kalila’s, is undoubtedly devastating for their families, friends, and neighbors. I think it’s really important for the community to come together now, not just to mourn, but also to support each other and seek ways to prevent future tragedies like this. Does anyone know if there are any community events or meetings planned to address these concerns or foster dialogue among residents? It feels like creating a space for healing and conversation could be an essential step for everyone involved. Sending support to all those affected. This is such a difficult time, and I hope justice will bring some peace to the victims’ loved ones.
