Did anyone else read about the unsolved case of Raymond and Mabel Aguirre in Topeka? I can't help but think about how close their family member must have been to them, seeing they were the one who discovered the scene. It's unimaginable having to deal with such a loss and the trauma of discovering it firsthand. I haven't seen much discussion around how the community has been coping since this happened. Have any local community groups or churches been doing anything special in remembrance of Raymond and Mabel? It’s been over two decades, but I feel like the people who knew them might still be seeking ways to honor their memory. If anyone knows about any memorials or annual events in Topeka for them, I’d love to hear about how they're being remembered. My thoughts are with their loved ones, and I really hope some information comes out so there's finally some resolution to this case.
