Has anyone else been following the case of Jeffery D. Jones and Michael J. Walker Jr.? I keep thinking about how Jeffery was only 26 years old—so much life ahead of him. Both of these men were lost in such a senseless tragedy. I can't help but wonder how their families are coping with this loss. The police investigation seems to be at a standstill, and I can only imagine how frustrating that must be for those who knew and loved them. I hope anyone who knows something comes forward soon. It's important for their memory and for justice to be served. It's just so devastating how gun violence continues to ripple through our communities, leaving families to try and piece their lives back together.
I've been thinking a lot about the SUV that Jeffery, Michael, and the third individual were found in during the tragic incident.
