Hey everyone, I've been following Keith Solomon's case, and something that bothers me is the absence of a murder charge against Vincent Brooks, despite the overwhelming circumstances. I can't imagine the frustration and pain Keith's loved ones must feel as they try to make sense of his death while seeking justice. It's troubling how someone identified as a suspect can be charged only with unlawful possession of a firearm and tampering with evidence, yet not with murder. Does this suggest there might be more people involved, or perhaps a lack of clear evidence linking Brooks directly to the shooting? It feels like there are missing pieces, and I hope the investigators are doing everything they can to resolve this for Keith's family. If anyone has any thoughts on why there’s only these specific charges or has been involved in similar cases, I'd be interested to hear your insights.
