Has anyone else been following the details about the weapon Cody Browning used in the tragic incident involving Jacob Rowden? It's chilling to think that a firearm could have been so readily available to someone with a felony record. I’m always left with the question of how a person in Browning’s situation managed to get his hands on a gun in the first place.
