Has anyone else been following the case of Angel Ramos-Negron in Kansas City? I was reading about it again today, and I can't stop thinking about how terrifying it must have been to be in his car that night. Just the thought of what his family and friends are enduring right now is devastating. One aspect that keeps coming back to my mind is the vehicle. It seems like such a significant clue--a car shot up like that must have created some sort of noise, right? I’m surprised there haven’t been more witness reports, even if just from hearing the shots or the crash against the power pole. It's baffling that no arrests have been made yet.
If anyone here is local, have there been any community efforts or gatherings to remember him or to raise awareness about the case? I find sharing information and keeping the conversation going can sometimes shine a light on things that might otherwise fall through the cracks. So many in our community just want to see justice for Angel and the people who loved him. Hoping the police get some solid leads soon. If anyone has updates or ideas about ways we can help, please share.
I can't stop thinking about the poor family and friends of Angel Ramos-Negron. Losing someone at such a young age and in such an abrupt, violent way must be unimaginably difficult. I wonder how things have been for them since July 2021, especially with no closure or answers about who did this or why. The stress they're under must be overwhelming—I really hope they have a solid support system.
With these kinds of cases, it makes me wonder how much information might be out there that hasn’t reached the police. There were people living in that neighborhood, probably people who saw something or heard those gunshots. It’s frustrating to think that maybe someone is holding on to a crucial piece of the puzzle without even realizing it. If only more people realized the difference a small detail could make, we might see more cases like Angel’s get solved.
If anyone out there on this forum has any news or updates on the investigation, it would be great to hear them. Anything to keep Angel’s story alive and perhaps put a bit more public pressure on the investigation. Fingers crossed that someone, somewhere, will come forward with the information that’s so desperately needed.
