I was reading through the case of Dajuan Love Jr., and it just deeply affects me that no arrests have been made yet. I can't even begin to imagine the pain his family is experiencing without any closure. The location where it happened, near Convention Plaza and North 13th Street, is busy enough that someone must have seen or heard something that could help. I sincerely hope more people come forward with information—sometimes it just takes one person to make a difference. I've seen the commendable work that organizations like Better Family Life and Urban League are doing to try and curb the violence, but it must be so disheartening for them to see tragic incidents like this despite their efforts. For anyone local on here, have you heard anything more recently about new leads or how the community has been responding? Any little bit of insight might be what gets justice for Dajuan and brings some peace to his family. Let's keep talking and keep this case alive in hopes that it will encourage someone to break the silence.
