Mark Herbert Thornton, a 63-year-old resident of Milpitas, California, went missing on March 7, 2019. That day, he left his residence on Coelho Street around 11:30 a.m. and was last seen walking on foot. Thornton was considered "at risk" due to his need for medication to manage various medical conditions, including blood pressure issues, which he left behind.
