The Milpitas Police Department issued a public appeal to locate 36-year-old Andrew James Pleadwell after he was reported missing. He had last been seen in the area of Dixon Landing Road in Milpitas, California. At the time he was described as approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing around 170 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes.
