In the early morning hours of March 16, 2019, 38-year-old Raymond Gene Denault was seen for the last time in Oakville, Washington. He was walking south on Bank Road at Garrard Creek Road around 5 a.m. At the time of his disappearance, Raymond, a white male, stood at 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighed approximately 195 pounds. He had blue eyes and short brown hair, although his head was reportedly shaved bald with a goatee at the time he went missing. Distinctive features that set Raymond apart include a missing index finger and thumb on his left hand. He also has several tattoos: a tribal band on his right arm, and a Tasmanian Devil along with the name "Warren Bailey" on his left arm. When he was last seen, he was wearing a white t-shirt, white shorts, and tennis shoes. Raymond, who often went by the nickname Ray, was reportedly upset over personal matters when he left his home on foot that morning and did not return. His family expressed concern that he had not been taking care of himself, noting that he appeared thin with sunken cheeks.
